What is the minimum order quantity?
25 vials minimum to qualify for wholesale tier pricing. Below 25 vials, retail catalog pricing applies via the standard checkout.
How does payment work for wholesale orders?
Wholesale orders are quote-based. Payment is via PayPal (cards accepted) or wire transfer. Recurring orders can be set up on net-30 terms after the first three completed orders.
Do you offer private label / white label?
Yes. Bastion offers unbranded packaging programs for established distributors. Minimum 100 vials per SKU. White-label includes per-batch COA in your branded documentation. Contact us with your distribution plan for a custom quote.
How long does fulfillment take?
Standard wholesale orders: 3–5 business days from payment to dispatch. White-label orders: 7–14 business days for first batch (custom packaging lead time), 3–5 days thereafter.
Can wholesale customers verify each batch independently?
Verified compounds ship with their specific Janoshik COA, batch number matched to the vial label and verifiable against our public lab results archive. Compounds still pending Janoshik testing on the current batch are listed as such on that same archive.
What is the customs and shipping policy for wholesale?
Same as retail: free reship on customs seizure for US and Canada. Bulk orders ship via discreet courier with batch documentation in a separate envelope.
Do you supply outside the US and Canada?
Currently no. US and Canada only. International wholesale on request for verified research institutions only.
Can resellers use Bastion product imagery?
Yes for branded reseller programs. No for white-label, your own packaging and photography required.
