Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Cold Chain Shipping
All peptide orders are shipped with ice packs and insulated packaging to maintain product integrity during transit. We recommend refrigerating your peptides immediately upon arrival. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods, but long-term storage should be at -20°C.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We ship to all US states where research peptides are legally permitted. Standard shipping: 3–5 business days. Expedited (2-day) and overnight options available at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. It is your responsibility to verify that importing research peptides is legal in your country. We are not responsible for packages seized by customs. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date via our Support page. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Cold Chain & Packaging Policy
Dry Ice Packaging
All peptide orders are shipped with sufficient dry ice or gel ice packs to maintain cold-chain integrity from our warehouse to your door. Packaging is optimized for 2–3 day transit to ensure peptide stability throughout the journey.
Important Dry Ice Safety Notes
- Do not touch dry ice with bare hands — use insulated gloves.
- Do not store dry ice in an airtight container — CO₂ pressure buildup is a hazard.
- Allow dry ice to dissipate in a well-ventilated area before disposal.
- Your peptides may arrive with dry ice fully sublimated — this is normal for longer transit times. The product remains stable if it has not thawed completely.
Upon Arrival
Immediately place lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides in your freezer (−20°C / −4°F) upon receipt. Reconstituted peptides should be stored at 2–8°C and used within 30 days. Refer to each product’s COA for specific storage recommendations.
Packaging Materials
Orders are shipped in insulated foam cooler liners inside a corrugated cardboard outer box. Each vial is individually sealed and labeled with the batch number corresponding to its COA. We do not use excessive single-use plastic — inserts are minimized to reduce waste.
