1. Where We Ship
Bastion Peptides ships to the following destinations:
- United States (all 50 states + DC)
- Canada (all provinces and territories)
We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, or international destinations outside the US/Canada. Orders to restricted destinations will be canceled and refunded as store credit.
2. Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping (USA + Canada): $70 USD flat rate
- Free shipping: Orders of $400 USD or more (auto-applied at checkout)
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on cart total. Free-shipping threshold applies to subtotal only (excluding any taxes).
3. Why the Shipping Cost
Research peptides are temperature-sensitive and require specialty packaging:
- Insulated mailer with reusable cold-pack inserts (where seasonally warranted)
- Silica gel desiccants for moisture protection
- Tamper-evident seals
- Discreet outer packaging — no product names, pharma references, or company branding visible
- Tracked, insured shipping with signature requirement available on request
4. Processing Time
Orders typically dispatch within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Our fulfillment partner handles cold-chain packaging and lab documentation matching. You will receive an email with tracking once the package ships. You will receive an email with tracking once the package ships.
5. Transit Times
Estimated transit times after shipment (excluding customs delays):
- USA: 10-18 business days (includes international transit and US customs clearance)
- Canada: 12-21 business days (includes international transit and CBSA customs clearance)
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, customs holds, and force majeure events may extend transit beyond these windows.
6. Customs and Duties
For Canadian customers: Your order may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, GST/HST, or provincial sales tax assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping price.
We declare packages discreetly per our supplier’s standard cold-chain protocols. We make no guarantee that any specific declaration will result in any specific customs outcome.
7. Customs Seizure Reship Guarantee
If your package is seized by US CBP, CBSA, or any customs authority, we provide ONE free reship on the same order. Full details in our Refund Policy (Section 2). To claim:
- Send proof of seizure to [email protected] within 30 days
- Reship is at our discretion as to routing, packaging, and timing
8. Lost Shipments
If tracking shows no movement for 30 calendar days, contact us. Per our Refund Policy, you may choose between a free reship or store credit refund.
9. Damaged or Lost in Delivery
Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you observe damage or missing items, photograph the packaging and contents within 48 hours and contact [email protected]. See Refund Policy Section 4 for replacement procedure.
10. Address Accuracy
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Failed delivery due to buyer-provided address errors does not qualify for free reship.
If you need to change a shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, address changes may not be possible.
