Bastion Peptides Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be 21+, legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, and operate within the laws of your country. We do not accept applicants from countries where research peptide promotion is illegal.

2. Approval

All applications are reviewed manually. We may approve, deny, or request additional information at our sole discretion. We do not owe applicants an explanation for denial.

3. Commission Structure

20% commission on the net order value (excluding shipping, tax, and refunded items) of every order placed by a customer who clicked your referral link within 90 days of purchase.
First-click attribution: if a customer clicked your link first and later clicked another affiliate’s link before purchasing, you receive the credit.
Self-referrals (using your own affiliate link to buy your own order) do not earn commission and may result in account termination.
Refunded orders are clawed back from your commission balance.

4. Payout

Payouts are issued in USDT (TRC20) only.
Minimum payout: $50 USD equivalent.
Payouts processed monthly, on or before the 15th of each month, for the prior month’s commissions.
You are responsible for providing a valid TRC20 wallet address. We are not liable for payouts sent to incorrect addresses.
We do not pay in fiat, PayPal, bank transfer, or other crypto networks. TRC20 only.

5. Promotion Rules — Permitted

Reviews, comparisons, watchdog-site coverage on owned web properties
Forum posts in vendor / harm-reduction sections (where allowed by the forum)
Telegram, Substack, newsletter content
YouTube videos with disclosure
Personal social media (Instagram, X) with disclosure — at your own risk under platform peptide policies

6. Promotion Rules — STRICTLY PROHIBITED

No paid advertising on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Twitter Ads, or any platform that prohibits peptide advertising. Violation = immediate termination + clawback of all earned commissions.
No human-use claims. All Bastion products are Research Use Only. Affiliates must keep all content within the RUO frame. No dosing recommendations, no health claims, no before/after photos, no body-composition testimonials.
No coupon stuffing. We do not pay commission on traffic from coupon aggregator sites, browser extensions (Honey, Rakuten), or sites whose primary purpose is coupon distribution.
No trademark bidding. No PPC bidding on “Bastion Peptides,” “bastionpeptides.com,” or trademark variants.
No impersonation. Affiliates may not represent themselves as Bastion staff, customer support, or official channels.
No off-platform payment requests. Affiliates may not request payment from customers outside of bastionpeptides.com checkout. All customer transactions must go through the standard checkout flow.
No spam. No email blasts to non-consenting lists. No DM-blasting on Telegram, Reddit, Discord. No SMS spam.

7. Disclosure Requirements

Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship per FTC guidelines (US affiliates) and equivalent rules in their jurisdiction. Recommended disclosure: “This post contains affiliate links. I earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.”

8. Termination

We may terminate your affiliate account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, low-quality traffic, fraud, suspicious activity, or program changes. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions above the minimum payout threshold will be paid out in the next normal cycle. Commissions below the minimum threshold are forfeit. Commissions linked to fraudulent activity are forfeit.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time with 30 days’ notice posted on this page. Continued use of the affiliate program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
