1. Research Use Only — Acknowledgment
All products sold by Bastion Peptides are sold strictly as research compounds for in vitro laboratory research. They are not approved by the FDA, Health Canada, EMA, or any other regulatory authority for use in humans or animals.
By placing an order, you confirm and warrant:

- You are a qualified researcher, scientist, laboratory technician, or licensed professional with legitimate scientific purpose

- You will NOT consume, inject, ingest, or otherwise introduce any product into a human or animal body

2. No Medical Claims
Bastion Peptides makes no medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or treatment claims about any product. Statements about peptide properties on this Site refer exclusively to documented research findings and are provided for scientific informational purposes only.
3. Eligibility
The Site is intended for individuals 21 years of age or older. By using this Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if we suspect misuse or breach of these Terms.
4. Product Quality and Specifications
We source products from manufacturing partners who provide internal quality documentation indicating ≥98% purity by HPLC. Independent third-party batch testing through Janoshik Analytical (or equivalent) is performed on selected batches; results are published on the Lab Results page as they become available. Quality specifications, batch numbers, and any test documentation accompany order shipments where applicable.
We make no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose beyond the published specifications.
5. Pricing, Orders, and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. We accept secure card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal balance via PayPal at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order and authorised by the issuing bank or PayPal. No PayPal account is required — guest checkout with any major card works.
Order acceptance occurs only when we send a written order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons of suspected misuse, regulatory concerns, geographic restrictions, or pricing errors.
6. Shipping and Delivery

Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the price paid for that specific product.

13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS or AAA under their commercial arbitration rules, with the seat of arbitration in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Both parties waive any right to jury trial or class action.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
