Refund Policy

Due to the nature of research compounds and our cryptocurrency-only payment model, our refund and return policies are necessarily limited. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. General Policy — Sales are Final

All sales of research compounds are final once shipped. Because products may degrade, become contaminated, or be tampered with after they leave our care, we cannot accept returns for purposes of resale.

Cryptocurrency payments are non-reversible by design. Once a transaction is captured by the payment processor, refunds are issued back to the original payment method (card or PayPal balance). Card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days; PayPal refunds are usually instant.

2. Customs Seizure — Free Reship (1-Time)

If your package is seized by US Customs and Border Protection, Canada Border Services Agency, or any other customs authority, we will reship the order ONE TIME at no additional cost.

To claim the free reship:

  • Send proof of seizure (customs letter, photographed envelope marked seized, etc.) to [email protected]
  • Submit within 30 days of seizure notice
  • Reship occurs at our discretion as to packaging method, return address, and routing

This guarantee applies to one-time free reship per order. Subsequent losses on the same order are not covered.

3. Lost in Transit (No Tracking Movement)

If 30 calendar days pass after shipping with no carrier scan activity, we will treat the package as lost and offer:

  • Free reship, OR
  • Store credit equal to the order subtotal (excluding shipping fees)

4. Damaged or Broken Vials

If you receive a package with broken vials or visible damage:

  • Photograph the package, packing materials, and damaged items within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email photos with your order number to [email protected]
  • We will replace damaged units at no charge after verification

5. Quality Concerns / Purity

If you independently lab-test a product and the result falls significantly below the published specification (more than 5 percentage points below labeled purity), contact us with:

  • Independent third-party lab COA (Janoshik Analytical, Finnrick, Vanguard, or equivalent ISO-accredited lab)
  • Matching batch number from the product label and vial
  • Order number

Verified quality failures will be refunded (store credit or refund to original payment method) at our discretion, or replaced. We reserve the right to investigate, request additional documentation, or commission our own independent test.

6. Wrong Item Shipped

If you receive a product different from what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide a photo of the product label and your order confirmation
  • We will ship the correct product free of charge and the wrong item may be retained, returned, or disposed of at our direction

7. “Changed My Mind” — No Refund

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, mistaken orders, change of research direction, or product no-longer-wanted scenarios. Please order carefully.

8. Chargebacks Not Available

Because we accept only cryptocurrency, there is no third-party chargeback mechanism. Disputes must be resolved directly with our support team. Fraudulent chargeback attempts will void any future order eligibility.

9. Refund Method

When refunds are approved:

  • Store credit is the default — fastest and free of network fees
  • Refund to the original payment method (card or PayPal balance) is available on request — typically processed within the same business day
  • Refunds processed within 14 business days of approval

10. Disputes

If you disagree with our refund decision, please escalate to [email protected] with subject line “Refund Escalation — Order #[number].” We commit to good-faith review within 14 days.
