Overview
CJC-1295 with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) is a modified GHRH analogue in which a maleimidoproprionic acid (MPA) linker covalently binds the peptide to circulating serum albumin. This albumin-binding technology dramatically extends the half-life from ~30 minutes (CJC-1295 No DAC) to approximately 6–8 days, enabling sustained GH release between administrations in animal models. It is a critical research tool for studying long-duration GHRH receptor stimulation and comparing pulsatile vs. sustained GH release patterns.
