Overview
AOD9604 is a synthetic peptide analogue corresponding to the C-terminal fragment (Tyr-hGH 177-191) of human growth hormone. It was specifically engineered to replicate the fat-metabolizing properties of hGH without affecting insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) levels or causing associated metabolic side effects. AOD9604 activates fat metabolism through β3-adrenergic receptor stimulation and has demonstrated lipolytic activity in adipose tissue models. It has an excellent safety profile in published clinical research.
