Research Chemical Policy

Due to the nature of research-grade peptides and the cold-chain integrity required to maintain product quality, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. All sales are final once products have left our facility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or differs from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will issue a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Unopened Products

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs. Contact us before returning any item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Contact us immediately via our Support page.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Cryptocurrency refunds are issued at the exchange rate at time of refund.
